However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and that’s why we’ve made our returns and exchanges process as clear, straightforward, and hassle-free as possible.

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, rest assured that we’ve got you covered with a returns process that’s designed to be seamless and stress-free. 1. HOW TO RETURN OCEANIDES EYEWEAR PRODUCTS 

Purchased from the Official Oceanides Eyewear Online Store

  • You can return most products purchased directly from oceanideseyewear.ca within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all original tags. 

Purchased from Authorized Retail Stores

  • If you purchased your Oceanides product from an authorized retail store, please refer to the store’s specific return policies. We recommend contacting the store directly for assistance with your return. 

Purchased from Authorized Online Stores 

  • For items bought from authorized online retailers, returns should be processed through the original point of purchase. If you encounter any issues, please contact the retailer or reach out to us for support. 

2. OFFICIAL OCEANIDES EYEWEAR ONLINE STORE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS  

To initiate a return for a product purchased from oceanideseyewear.ca:

  • Submit a Return Request: Send a message to hola@oceanideseyewear.ca to start the return process. Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
  • Prepare the Product: Ensure that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags and accessories. 
  • Shipping the Return: You will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 
  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed. 

3. RETURNS POLICY & GUIDELINES  

Whether you need a different style, a different size, or simply changed your mind, we’re here to help you every step of the way. 

Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt, in a resalable condition with original tags and packaging. Items that have been used, worn, or damaged are not eligible for return. 

You will be responsible for return shipping costs. A restocking fee of 15% may be applied if the product is returned without original packaging, tags and accessories or if the packaging is damaged. 

4. REFUND PROCESS  

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days of receiving the returned item. 

Initial shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item sent). Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

5. EXCHANGES  

If you wish to exchange a product, you must first return the original item following the steps above. The exchange will be processed once we receive the return 

6. WARRANTY POLICY  

Oceanides Eyewear products are covered by a 2 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If you believe your product is defective, please inform us immediately upon receipt contacting our customer service team for assistance. Once you contact us, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the item. If it is confirmed to be faulty, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement.
